The Forum Chair is a person who gives their life to walk alongside other leaders. The Chair facilitates a forum of peers meeting at least twice a month, where together they find a confidential setting to unpack their lives. The Forum Chair participates in cross training with other chairs where best practices are explored and the vision of Spirit led leaders bringing impact in every marketplace is explored.
