Mission, Vision, Values

Our MISSION

Leaders encouraging leaders to live and lead like Jesus.

Our VISION

Spirit led leaders impacting every marketplace.

 Our VALUES

We value:
Servant Leadership - Leaders are called to serve rather than be served (Mt. 20:28** “…just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”)

Relationships - Founded on mutual respect, transparency, vulnerability, forgiveness, compassion, and confidentiality (John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.”)

Community of Peers – Peers gathering together around common challenges, experiences and joys. (Phil. 2:1 “If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.”).

Mutual Trust and Encouragement – An environment of mutual trust and encouragement that ultimately increases our confidence, hope, love, faith and good works (I Thess 5:11 “Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”)

Authenticity - Peer relationships where leaders bring their real person to the table (Col. 3:9 “Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices.”)

Meeting Together – Intentional and regular forum members meeting to share, learn and support one another (Hebrews 10:24,25 “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching.”)

God’s Word - We affirm the divine inspiration, truthfulness and authority of both Old and New Testament Scriptures in their entirety as the only written word of God, without error in all that it affirms, and the only infallible rule of faith and practice.* We also affirm that God still speaks today in numerous ways but never in contradiction to the Scriptures (II Tim 3:16 “All scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.”)

Prayer – Prayer is vital to our faith and is God’s gift to us that we might know him personally and commune with him regarding every aspect of life. (John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”)

Stewardship – Our talents, treasure, and positions have been given to us by God for the purpose of generously serving God and others (Psa 24:1 “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”)

Marketplace CallingGod is the Lord of the marketplace and has called us to be salt and light anywhere and everywhere He sends us. (Gen 1:28 “God blessed them: "Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Earth! Take charge! Be responsible for fish in the sea and birds in the air, for every living thing that moves on the face of Earth." - The Message)

Intergenerational Friendships – Intergenerational friendships enhancing mutual wisdom and growth. (Psalm 145:4 “One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.”)
