Changing the way leaders lead is a big idea that was birthed by Jesus Christ over 2000 years ago. He modeled the value of serving rather than being served. Those who lead best serve best. Change agent leaders, motivated to lead like Jesus move toward objectives while lovingly caring for the people involved on the journey toward the objective. Changing lives while reaching objectives are the common threads of Jesus style leaders.
